iRest Yoga Nidra for Insomnia
Still searching for the key to a good night’s rest? Have you tried other approaches with no success? iRest Yoga Nidra offers a unique approach to treating insomnia. Adapted from ancient meditation practices, iRest is an evidence-based technique that supports psychological, physical, and spiritual healing. Research studies show improvements in insomnia, as well as depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
No prior meditation experience is required! You will be guided through this brief, but powerful, practice. This protocol will give you the tools to fall asleep more easily, achieve more restful sleep, and to manage the worries and stress that tend to keep us up at night. After trying iRest for the first time, many people report experiencing deep relaxation as they have never experienced it before.
Workshop attendees will receive a free audio download of the guided iRest practice offered within, to support you in using these tools at home.
