I provide traditional talk therapy with a focus on mindfulness, attachment concerns, and the mind-body connection.

I help people reconnect with themselves, learn how to better manage emotions and stress, and find ease from life.

I have training in a somatic-based approach called Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and sometimes this involves using the body as a guide to inner wisdom. I do not use touch in psychotherapy. Instead, we might use somatic coping resources or use somatic processing in session to invite change.

Sometimes it can be helpful to add meditation or movement practice to our therapy work. We might weave this in throughout our sessions if it feels supportive to you.
